But you know what? Don't think that the good God wants you to be in a perpetual state of anxiousness. When the time comes, He will supply you with the equipment required to deal with the matter at hand. And there are times when it is necessary to relax and recharge, for a respite. If you can, when all the responsibilities and works and prayers are complete, get away from it all. Forget the tech gadgets and the TV shows and Twitter, then spend some face-to-face time, real time, with friends and family - a picnic outing, a country drive, a day on the lakeshore or, even, invite the gang over for a fun party.
